We purchased Ray & Ann's Bakery in downtown Cadillac, Michigan in 1996, with the dream of refurbishing it and turning it into a cafe.  After a year of remodeling we renamed it the Blue Heron Cafe.

Throughout the years, we've grown our catering business.  We often hear comments from people stating they want us to cater their special event, but do not have a location where that is possible.  We felt for quite some time that Cadillac is in need of a new event center.  One that is tailored to weddings and corporate events where you can have a private, comfortable setting with the food we enjoy preparing from the Blue Heron Cafe.

Our mission is to help you create your special event. Our desire is to make it enjoyable and fun.  Let us help you by providing a first class experience that you and your guests are sure to remember.

We are happy to be serving our community and beyond with Fox Hill Event Center.
