The Blue Heron Cafe has taken our Cadillac catering services to many different locations.  From Christmas parties to rustic and remote locations or even cooking in a client's kitchen for a special dinner party and serving their guests in their own dining room.  We have also supplied catering services to the Tall Ship Company in Traverse City and numerous outdoor receptions over the years.

Our desire is to always meet the needs of our customer.  Our affordable catering services have included theme dinners, vegan dinners and also gourmet, seven-course meals.  We love to cook and with our extensive knowledge of food our desire is to prepare great tasting food that not only satisfies you, but also your guests.
