We planned our wedding in less than 10 weeks and were fortunate enough to find an opening in October at Fox Hill. Julie was wonderful to work with. She took care of all of the details, answered our questions in a timely manner, and helped us plan a simple and elegant reception for 150 of our closest friends and relatives. Our daughter's wedding reception was held at Fox Hill Event Center.  As with most parents, we wanted this once in a lifetime event to be as close to perfect as possible.  Brian and Julie, as well as the staff were more than accommodating from the first meeting through the end of the event.  They far exceeded our expectations.  The venue is spacious, versatile and inviting.  The food was delicious, the grounds beautiful and the location perfect for accommodating out of town guests.  We received nothing but positive comments regarding the event center, food and staff.  In fact the word used most in describing the reception was elegant.

In the course of Dj'ing weddings, almost year round now, we are privileged to partake of food prepared by many venues and caterers.  On September 3rd, we DJ'd the wedding reception at your venue.

I have never taken the time to do this before, but I wanted to put in writing my sincere compliments on the food catered.  It was simple - but delightful.  Everything on the buffet was just delicious, prepared and seasoned just right and delivered at it's peak of taste...perfection!  It was just a treat to enjoy such good food.

Your venue is something the Cadillac and surrounding area can be proud of.  Your landscaping is exceedingly well designed and maintained and the building is clean, utilitarian, and inviting; particularly with all the glass doors and windows that allow viewing of the surrounding beauty.

I just wanted to thank you for everything you did in making Kelly's wedding the best I have ever been to.  I didn't know how we were going to fit 250 people and a band in there, but your layout was outstanding.  The hall was beautiful and we had plenty of room.  When we walked in there it took our breath away.  And the food...everyone we talk to, all they can talk about is how great the food was and how you had it laid out.  Needless to say, my daughter thought she had the best wedding at the best place in the world and we have you to thank for that.  John Horrigan

Brian and Julie were both wonderful to work with during the whole wedding and reception process.  They are extremely nice, easy-going and knowledgeable.  Since it was our first time organizing a wedding and reception, we relied on Julie's wedding experience to answer questions or worked with vendors she recommended.  We were not disappointed and would not change a thing.  All of our guests had nothing but compliments, from the beautiful ceremony venue, to the layout of the reception, to the great catering and the outstanding service.  Brian was very accommodating with the menu and worked with everyone's likes and dislikes in taste when tweaking the entree. We have two more daughters and would not hesitate to schedule Fox Hill Event Center for their weddings.  It was a day to remember for years to come!  David and Rhonda Huff

Thank you so much for making Sara and Carl's wedding a success.  Having a somewhat non-traditional wedding at a more traditional wedding venue can be a challenge.  You were so helpful, understanding, and accommodating about everything they wanted to do, that there was no stress involved in the planning and execution of the rehearsal, wedding, and reception.  The wedding was beautiful and the outdoor location was perfect, not to mention the weather.  The reception was also beautiful, and thanks for allowing us to hang all those paper lanterns!  Your staff was nothing but professional, and everything ran right on schedule.  Everyone loved the buffet.  Brian was so great about the food allergy issues, and the groom's mom was excited about the variety of food she could eat.  Many people came up to us after the reception was over and commented that Fox Hill was a perfect place for a wedding and reception.  We whole heartedly agree!  Mary and Jerry Dudek

We held a 40^th anniversary party for our parents at Fox Hill. The facility and grounds are beautiful; and Julie was very friendly and accommodating.  We are very thankful for your part in making our wedding a success--you, your facility, and your restaurant took a major LOAD of stress off of us!!  I can't think of a thing to criticize, really. You were very understanding and easy to work with, you went above and beyond what was even expected of you. I was so thrilled that you had told the previous renter they could leave their decorations up because you thought I would like them!  I think just about every single one of our guests had something to rave about as far as the food was concerned, especially.  Even now, nearly six months later, some of the cousins will bring it up!  The Blue Heron employees were very good service people as well.  I have already recommended and will continue to recommend Fox Hill to my friends.
